1. Service definition

XcodeOps offers cloud Mac rentals billed by the day, week, month, or quarter. Each fulfilled order provides one dedicated physical Mac mini for the exclusive use of that order's tenant. It is not a virtual machine, and its computing resources are not shared with other tenants during the rental term.

Available nodes are located in Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, and Hong Kong. The models on offer, the nodes available for each model, and the configuration for your order are as shown in the plans and in the real-time information returned by the control panel when you place your order. Choosing a node does not change the requirements in these terms concerning accounts, data, or use of the service.

The service includes use of the configuration you purchase and the corresponding connection methods; it does not transfer ownership of the hardware. Any dedicated public IP, network settings, and optional add-ons are as shown on the order confirmation page.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Before placing an order, you must provide a valid email address that can receive account notices and ensure that your registration and billing information is accurate and complete. You must comply with the laws that apply to you and be legally able to enter into and fulfil these terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account authentication methods, SSH keys, and machine credentials after delivery. Do not share account or machine access with anyone who is not authorised. If you notice a suspicious login or compromised credentials, replace the credentials promptly and notify us through a control panel support ticket.

Configuration changes, renewals, and release requests made through your account apply to the relevant order. Check the model, node, billing period, and add-ons before taking action. If your team shares access, make sure it is clear who is authorised to make changes.

3. Billing and payment

The service is prepaid for the selected daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly period, and order amounts are charged in US dollars (USD). Prices for each model and add-on billing period are shown on the plans page and the order confirmation page before payment. Check the amount due in the control panel again before changing a configuration or billing period.

The only supported payment methods are USDT-TRC20 and Visa, Mastercard, or Amex processed through Stripe. The payment gateways actually available are determined by the backend response at checkout. You can view payment records and invoices under the relevant order in the control panel.

An order enters the delivery process only after payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation. Pay the amount shown on the checkout page using the payment details provided there. If the payment status does not match the invoice, keep your order number and transaction record and submit a support ticket through the control panel.

4. Delivery, renewal, and expiry

After payment is confirmed, the system assigns a dedicated physical node, initializes the environment, and issues connection credentials. Around four minutes is the typical time from ordering to availability, not a guaranteed completion time for every order. You can check order progress and actual connection details in the control panel.

Your rental term is determined by the billing period and start and end times shown in the order confirmation. To continue using the machine, renew through the control panel before expiry and confirm that the renewal has succeeded. Do not assume that your rental term has been extended just because you initiated a payment.

If the rental term expires without a completed renewal, the machine will be released and its entire disk erased. Before the rental term ends, export any projects, model weights, build artifacts, and other data you need to keep. Once the machine is released, data on it cannot be provided as ongoing storage.

5. Refunds

You can request a refund for an order that has been paid for but not yet delivered by submitting a support ticket through the control panel. Include the order number and payment record so we can verify the order status and original payment route.

For an order where the machine has already been delivered, refunds are handled according to the refund policy shown on that order's page in the control panel. Disconnecting, leaving the machine idle, or deleting files yourself does not cancel the order or automatically trigger a refund. To stop using the service, check the release action and when it takes effect in the control panel.

If you have questions about a payment, delivery status, or refund decision, first submit a support ticket through the control panel with your order number and relevant records. We will review the order and payment records and reply with the outcome.

6. Acceptable use

During the rental term, you may use the machine for lawful development, testing, builds, inference, and creative work. You are responsible for the applications you deploy, the data you upload, the services you provide to others, and the network requests made through the machine.

You must not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email, launch network attacks, access other people's systems without authorisation, distribute infringing content, or engage in any other unlawful activity. You must not use a dedicated node to circumvent access controls, disrupt the platform network, or interfere with service to other tenants.

If we identify activity that may violate these requirements, we may first review the relevant order and network activity, then take necessary steps to restrict access or suspend the service based on the risk. We will notify you of our actions through the account contact channels, unless the law requires us to withhold notice.

7. Software and licences

Delivered machines provide access to the macOS graphical interface and command line. You may install development tools, configure build pipelines, and run inference services for your workloads, but you must comply with the applicable licence terms for macOS, Xcode, and any third-party software you use.

You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights to use any software, models, datasets, and build dependencies you install. Verify software versions, project compatibility, and application configuration before running production workloads. For help with connecting and setting up your environment, see the getting started guide.

8. Availability and notices

All nodes on offer operate normally 365 days a year. We are responsible for node hardware, data centre facilities, and delivery setup, and provide order and service status information through the control panel. You are responsible for day-to-day management of applications, tasks, and data on the machine.

If an issue affects connectivity or delivery, we will investigate based on the information available to us and send notices about the affected order through the control panel or your account email. When submitting a fault ticket, include the order number, node, when the issue first occurred, and any error details that can help us reproduce it.

Changes you make to network or system settings, or deleting access credentials, may affect your connection. If this happens, check the connection guide first. If that does not resolve the issue, submit a support ticket through the control panel.

9. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for delivering the physical node specified in your confirmed order and addressing issues attributable to platform hardware, data centre facilities, the network, or the delivery process. You are responsible for account security, application configuration, key management, data backups, and exporting your data before the rental term ends.

If a service dispute arises, both parties should provide relevant orders, invoices, support tickets, and incident records so we can establish the scope of the impact and how it should be handled. Any assessment of loss and allocation of liability will take into account the actual cause, verifiable impact, and applicable law.

Impacts caused by events beyond reasonable control or by your own actions will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Changes, governing law, and disputes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to service processes, the pricing catalogue, or legal requirements. Any update will show the new version and effective date on this page. We will notify you through the account contact channels of changes that materially affect existing orders. Confirmed orders remain subject to the applicable order records and rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is based. If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it through a control panel support ticket or by contacting support@xcodeops.com. If they cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.

For information about how personal data is handled, see our Privacy Policy. To check the status, invoice, or applicable terms for a specific order, sign in to the control panel and review the relevant records.
